License Restrictions: This license does not grant you any right to:
Download, copy, or save the video content (unless explicitly permitted by a “download” feature).
Resell, rent, lease, share, broadcast, or distribute the Course content to any third party.
Share your account login to allow others to view the Courses.
Use the Courses for any commercial purpose or in a public performance.
Create derivative works based on the Course content.
Access to the Course is for the lifetime of the Service (i.e., as long as smartowl.live continues to host the Course), unless otherwise specified or your account is terminated for a breach of these Terms.

5. Payments and Refunds

Pricing: We reserve the right to change the prices for our Courses at any time. Any price changes will not affect purchases already completed.
Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (like GST), which will be added to your total at checkout as required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall smartowl.live‘s total aggregate liability to you for all claims related to the Services exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to smartowl.live for the Course in question in the last six (6) months.
